Telehealth Login Instructions
1. When you book your appointment you'll receive a confirmation email that looks like this:
***Note that there are instructions for in-person clients as well, but your Telehealth session will be remote.
2. If this is your first appointment you'll also receive this email with links to online intake forms:
Please fill out these forms before your session!
3. At some point before your session you may receive an email that looks like this:
Your username is the email you used to make the appointment. If you already have an account (and password), this step is redundant.
4. Five (5) minutes before your session, you will receive an email that looks like this:
Simply click the button to join the call, and I will log on at the designated time.
There is no separate app/application -- this link will open a window in your browser.

Sometimes there are technical difficulties! If we can't connect with this software, I'll email you within a couple minutes with options to do either a Zoom session (not HIPAA-compliant) or a phone call.
