Our Bodies, Our Selves

The act of living is essentially creative. You created and continue to create your body, every minute of every day. The unique symphony of your thoughts, feelings, memories, movements, genes, dietary choices, and other variables creates the dynamic reality of your physical being.

Your biology is your biography.

What is your body telling you today? Are you sore? Are you tired? Are you stuck? Are you inspired? Are you able to digest what you take in?

Perhaps you're in pain, struggling with chronic disease, or managing an acute illness.

Perhaps you simply can't shake the feeling that there's something more to life, that you're missing.

By skillfully listening to the body we can learn so much about how to live well. Your pains, cravings, depletions, neuroses--anything your body presents is a message guiding you back to your highest self.

These pains you feel are messengers. Listen to them.

Courtney has a serious gift. I was recommended to her by a client of mine and she was everything I heard about and more.  After our first appointment, I was hooked.  During subsequent sessions, Courtney would read my pulse and understand exactly what was going on with me physically, mentally, and emotionally.
